Friend­ship Vil­lage and Green­Fields Earn Dai­ly Her­ald Honors

For the third con­sec­u­tive year, Friend­ship Senior Options’ senior retire­ment com­mu­ni­ties Friend­ship Vil­lage of Schaum­burg and Green­Fields of Gene­va were both named as Best Retirement/​Assisted Liv­ing Com­mu­ni­ties in the Chicagoland area in Dai­ly Her­ald Read­ers’ Choice Awards.

Green­Fields of Gene­va first opened the doors of its beau­ti­ful com­mu­ni­ty three years ago and in a short time, has already estab­lished itself as a leader. Dai­ly Her­ald, one of the Chica­go area’s top media sources, has a read­er­ship of more than 900 thou­sand, who were encour­aged to vote for this pres­ti­gious award.

In 2010, there were 53,364 Amer­i­cans who were at least 100. By 2045 that num­ber is pro­ject­ed to reach 757,000.
